Disclaimer: I had a friend who used to work here, and she kindly shared her discount with me. I ate here cheaper than most.I liked the matcha oatmilk latte here. My friend recommended the waffles, saying they were really good, but I didn't find them special.
This place is incredible ypu must visit and order a sweet and savoury dish as they equally delicious. There drinks are also incredible. The staff are amazing and friendly.I am a foodie and restaurant expert and this is abit of a local treasure.
First time here. Decent experience. Decent coffee and food. Friendly staff. They do have more seats on 2nd floor
Not a great experience.Everything looks a bit shabby (check the floor…), and even though we wanted to enjoy our coffee inside, they gave us throw-away paper cups. Either the nice porcelain cups on the counter are just for show, or they were too lazy to wash them afterwards. Also, requesred (and promised) ingredients were missing.Not a place I would enjoy going again.
went there today with a friend and woah! Such a lovely little shop with really good coffee, staff and food! The waffles were just perfecto.
My favorite breakfast & lunch spot on the island! Their vegan banana pancakes & vegan breakfast bagel sandwich are AMAZING. Can’t get enough.It’s a pretty popular place so wait times can get pretty long. Sometimes up to 40 minutes. I still think it’s worth it especially for their vegan food. Some of the best iv tried on the island.
Wonderful coffees and a huge menu - more creative drink options than most other coffee shops PLUS they do full breakfast and lunch - eggs and more…great west coast mainland coffee house vibe lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Right In the heart of Kailua town. I will be back
We stopped here after waking up early for a sunrise, we were hungry and it hit the spot food wise and coffee wise. Would recommend to make a pit stop for a quick breakfast or sit down
I’ve been wanting to try Morning Brew for a while, and finally got the chance to go this week. I was super disappointed. I ordered the Vegan Rice Bowl and received a smallish bowl of brown rice with a sprinkling of black beans, spinach, and tomatoes with salsa on the side. I thought there would be more black beans, as they serve as the protein in the dish but I guess my misunderstanding. The rice bowl was incredibly bland and had no seasoning. Then while eating I found a piece of egg in my rice. I am not vegan but prefer not to eat egg and now don’t trust the vegan/ vegetarian dishes at this place. I may give this place another chance as far as drinks go but I won’t be eating here again.
Morning Brew is one of my favorite spots on island for breakfast. Their food is always so fresh and their coffee is to die for. My new addiction is their spiced chai latte hot but add an espresso shot and it's life changing-especially on a chilly rainy day like today! The upstairs nook is really cute and the workers are super sweet. Might have to circle the parking lot a bit to snag a spot but worth it!
