I swear to god this mcdonalds is trying to break my spiritA year ago i asked for a burger with no ketchup and they gave me two buns with just ketchup on them. No meat or nothing else. Just ketchup. The order ticket even said *NO KETCHUP*6 months ago I order a burger with no ketchup and again the order ticket said *NO KETCHUP*BUT there was ketchup. No mustard tho >:/TODAY…. I order a burger and I beg, please no ketchup, extra mustard… on the outside of the burger it says *NO KETCHUP* EXTRA MUSTARDBUT GUESS WHAT,there was so much ketchup. My burger was oozing and throbbing with ketchup and no mustard. I had a ketchup jelly donut of a burger.Why was there so much ketchup. Why do you guys hate me. Who are you people and who did i hurt?Is my request too complex? Do yall look at each other when I order and say “here comes the mustard monster, lets make sure we slap this patty in a ketchup bath” before you all break my heart.I can not continue to come here.
this food is super good I'm a tourist and this is really good I'm going here tomorrow again I just can't stop thinking about this food because the first time was a great experience he gave my kid two toys and sayed he was adorable.
What’s the point of doing a mobile order and going through the drive-thru if they’re going to ask you to park and wait for 20min for your food?!?! This is PATHETIC! McDonald’s management, if you’re reading this, feel free to reply. All of your customers would appreciate it.
This McDonald IOn Kaneohe Marine base never opens on time it’s 15min after 5am and no one around, they need to find someone that can open this store on time!!!!?
Amazingly loooooong wait in the drive through. Close to thirty minutes. We haven't frequented a McDonalds in months. We were shocked at the wait.The gentleman talking the orders was clear, articulate, and friendly. Great smile too when we finally had our opportunity to pay. He said the wait those evening was a bit longer but not by much... Isn't that shocking? McDonalds is good, but it's not thirty-minutes-in-line-good.The young lady who served us through the window with our dollar-menu food was friendly, working the entire time we waiting at the window, and thanked us for coming.Overall, good food, long wait, and we won't go to a drive-through for a very long time.
Normally quick and they get the order right. It's McDonalds.

Mobile ordered at the Mokapu location on MCBH. Employee didn't read the bag for the curbside # and took it to the wrong car. I watched as other cat opened up my good bags and I got out and told them it was my order. Called the location and the mgr couldn't understand what I was saying, I had to repeat the issue more than once while she is telling the employee I didn't get my food which wasn't the call I was making. So I spoke louder " I'm calling to complain". How these people who have no mgr skills or how to deal with a situation cause they dont know how to pay attn shouldn't be at that position
This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever encountered. I only leave bad reviews when absolutely necessary. I usually come just to grab a sprite real quick (not really real quick because it is the LONGEST WAIT EVER because the employees take their good old time), but the one time I ordered a McChicken, there was a long strand of black hair in it. My hair is blonde. I can’t even eat McChickens anymore. And so I never ordered food there again but I just went and got a sprite, and waited 20 minutes for the sprite (even though I went inside for it thinking it would be quicker), just to get down the road to take a sip and realize they gave me water with all the ice melted in it like it had been sitting out forever. It didn’t even have slight carbonation or taste like soda water, so I know it wasn’t just because the syrup was out. I didn’t even have another 20 minutes to go fix it.
