Fast & convenient, food is very good & offers good variety in what to eat!
Kailua location on Kuulei Road is horrible. Hardly ever get my order correct, drive-tru lines are crazy long. Always seems to be short staffed.

They put wrong sandwiches in my bag. I went back got the correct one and manager gave me 2 free large fries.
Showed up to a five or six car long line from me at the caboose of the line to someone collecting their food. Eleven minutes later, I'm driving away with two burgers. I mention the length of time because eleven minutes went fast AND it was just minutes after the noon hour where I would have thought the line would be longer and the wait at least fifteen minutes. I think that's fast for lunch time.
