2 stars ? because the food was great. But the lady that took my payment was the rudest ever. She completely ignored me when told her that she game me the wrong drink. She didn't correspond to me once completely ignored every request and was just rude. Jack in the box has some good food but the customer service at this location has been the worst service on the island thus far.
So it's either this or 7-11 when we need something to eat at 0330am. Once, when we ordered, the employee must've heard us say chef's special cause we got random sandwiches I don't think is even on the menu. It was still edible and satisfied our late night cravings.

Go Wendys instead. I asked for a burger plain. They took off the bacon and the cheese but left the pickles. Unreal. Jake in the box is really slipping. They should turn it I to a Wendy's. GET BETTER WORKERS!
Because of the pandemic, in store dining is closed. Ordering in-store or through the drive-thru are the only options.

I always have a good experience when I go here. There's a woman named Kelly that works here and she's such a delightful person. My husband and I always hope that she's working because she has excellent customer service and is very kind.
