The shopping center where Coffee or Tea was located had a compact parking lot which may not be so good for large truck autos. My niece already knew what she wanted while I had to stare at the menu trying to decide between coffees, teas, shakes or shave ice. They also sell packaged asian snacks. I decided to go with the ube shake and it was quickly prepared. Nice and smooth with ube swirls it was a refreshing and satisfying drink. No indoor or outdoor seating at this time so it was just to go. Good value and will definitely take my girls next time we come back.
Coffee ok. Definitely needs some customer service teaching and education. Would have bought some delicious looking deserts/pastries but, the man taking our order was very unpleasant and really didn't seem to want to be there. They're always pleasant and welcoming at Starbucks next door!

I ordered an iced coffee. Yikes, it tasted like water with and an aftertaste of coffee. Something is wrong...definitely was not iced coffee.
Went here for boba and it was very good. I had the Assam Milk Tea and it was perfectly brewed - the tea was strong and the boba wasn't too tough or soft. The cup was huge too, I'm not sure if it was because it wasn't tall like other places but I felt like I had more tea in this large cup than usual. Would definitely go back.
Had this place tonight on travel. If you can get past the very impatient customer service the coffee we got wasn't bad.
It tasted different from FLORIDA.but other wise it okay
