5 Star for the kick back atmosphere of this spot. Super simple to order food with nice large menu boards above the counter. The staff were super kind and inviting and the borrito's were fire! This is my go to mex spot in the area outside of Lanikai beach. There is also a bar attached to the restaurant which looked like a cool spot to kick it with friends. Overall Great food and good vibes.
The flavor on the kalua pig was *chefs kiss amazing. My friend and I both got burritos and they were delicious. Workers were also very kind and quick. Will be coming back!
Walked into town tonight to eat with my family. Enjoyed the kalua pig nachos and chicken burrito shared with husband. Perfect portions! My kids loved their keiki quesadillas. We had takeout lots over the past couple years and never been disappointed.
The wet burrito is the best choice you can make here. It is a burrito covered in melted cheese and green salsa. 10/10 for this dish alone.I would give this place a higher rating if you got slightly more food and there were more menu options.
Stopped by with some family and all ordered a variety of burrito bowls. Every one of us loved them. Hopped over next door to enjoy a brew with our meal. Definitely coming back here again.
Bowles Burritos is a simple small little restaurant with probably in our local opinion THE BEST BURRITOS on the island! They're nestled in cute and quaint Kailua Town located on the southeast side of Oahu. If you're on that side if the island, give them a try! Delicious!!
Judging from California standards, this is the best breakfast burrito I could find on the island. I go every weekend now to get my fix. The contents are generous and well-mixed; one bomber will keep you full past lunch. Strongly recommended.
It was just ehhh, I mean kinda like Taco Bell quality. Everything was from a can and meat was microwaved. You can literally see the Tupperware on the counter.
I’ve only been here a couple times with a good friend that lives here in Oahu. I can definitely say there is a fun, laidback, and casual atmosphere here. They serve food and drinks. They also have a bar. The few times I’ve been there, it was a during a trivia, and “music bingo” game nights. Both were group oriented and very fun!
Places like this on the island are far and few between. We came here on a whim after hanging out at Lanikai beach. I was very impressed by this place! They had a very simple menu and they add a ton of meat to the burrito.. And having beer for sale there was only a plus. I'll be back!
