Walked into the restaurant young girl and man with red beard took 4/5 phone orders while I was standing there. No one acknowledged me at all, I waited for 7 min with my 2 kids and did not get any sort of acknowledgment. I was patient I could clearly see they were busy. A man walks in right behind me they rushed to take his order. I will never step foot in here again the upmost rude staff how did they win Hawaiis best so many times In a row? I was so excited to try it, but complete fail. Do better locals!!!
My most visited pizza place on the island. my favorite pizza here is theBBQ+Chicken+bacon+chedder with ranch as a sauce.They have really big double slices (1/4 size extra large pizza) to go, and are great for feeding big appetites.
Seriously some of the best, if not the best pizza I’ve had. I saw a guy with a box on base and asked him how it was and he said the same thing so I had to try. I just got a slice of pepperoni which was huge and very reasonably priced. Perfect thickness/thinness, great dough, amazing sauce. I’ve been here 2 weeks and leave in a few days and I’m bummed I didn’t try it sooner. I may have it again tomorrow night!! Keep it up guys, mahalo ??

If you close at 8 please just update your hours so we don't come for take-out at 8:07pm when Google Maps shows you close at 9pm. I asked and was told it was to hard to update.

Pizza was fantastic, but the garlic knots are the best I have ever had! Huge slices and everyone was friendly! We will definitely be back! Cool place!
The food is amazing ! The management is not !They don't care to fix there mistakes they are rude !
Super rude staff. My wife went in there to order the pre-made pizzas in the display, and was told to wait outside and they would bring it out. She waited 10 minutes and noticed orders being called out. So she went in to check, and it was ready. So she notifies the staff that they can't hear outside, and the woman screams my wife's order out at the top of her lungs which doesn't make sense because my wife is literally walking away with the food at this point. Super rude staff can't handle pressure. I hope the manager reads this and FIRES the woman that was screaming. Unacceptable customer service and I recommend everyone stop going here. Go Bob's instead.
Always great in store service. Note: GrubHub has store hours wrong so they won't allow you to order/deliver from them during regular business hours... So this needs to be fixed between the two. I prefer the Strombolis over pizza... Quick and easy... Given my job. But the pizza is awesome as well. All of them... And yes, I've tried them all. ?
