Smaller size burger. Ordered medium rare but got one that was well done. Others in party (5) failed to receive as ordered. French fries were good. Drinking water was despensed looking pink. Take out order placed after eating, took >35min.
Probably like a 3.4 star.We got there just after 1 pm. Place was super packed. Probably waited 20 min after submitting our order.No complaints on the burgers or the fries. Would go again. See pic of menu attached.
This is my youngest Son's favorite burger restaurant. He loves the double cheeseburger and french fries. He loves the fresh taste of the burger meat and the soft bun. He loves thick cut fries, but somehow he really enjoys their French fries, the seasoning is so different but very delicious. The wait is worth the fresh burger taste, and he actually likes the vegetables, lol.The wait staff is pleasant and kind and extremely helpful. I love their chili bowl, it's very tasty, especially with the fresh cheese topping. I want to try their vegan burger it has a mushroom as the burger, looks so delicious! I'm excited to try it!Please try this local hometown restaurant, fresh local ingredients is the soul of this place, you won't be disappointed!
This place was not good! The guy behind the counter was super nice but overwhelmed with the crowd. There were 7 of us. Everyone ordered their burgers medium well except me who ordered it well done. Mine came almost completely rare and everyone else's came out medium rare. Service was slow. We waited in line about 30 minutes to place our order and it took about 30 minutes to "cook" our order. The fries were fine. Nothing to write home about. We couldn't believe how bad this place was especially after reading all the glowing reviews. Go to Kona Brewing Co or anywhere else instead!
Best burger on the island, and the fries… the fries ?? I could seriously eat here every day. Rotating in kona brewing co. But this hands down is my go to meal.
Great burgers and friendly service. The Lava Burger was fantastic, not very hot but great flavor. The dipping sauce for the fries is also amazing. We would highly recommend stopping in to try them out.
Love a good burger and the reviews sounded like a match. Small mall front place is misleading as the burger was local beef and cooked to order (expect 10minute wait for your food) and choice of cheese made for a 4 napkin delicious dinner. Home made lemonade was a good companion to the cheeseburger in paradise . Small so quite cozy but the lines never seemed to get shorter while we were there. Friendly staff was very efficient taking orders and keeping the process moving.
Saw this place had good reviews on trip advisor so decided to check it out. The burgers are very juicy and the fries were outstanding. Decent priced too.
We found Ultimate Burger because we were looking for burgers made with local beef. The variety of toppings offered allowed everyone to create their own perfect burger.
