Out of the 4 times I have gone, half of the time they have not given me the incorrect order. I wouldn’t care if it was something if at least close value, but I got chips and cheese in replacement of a Kalua pork power bowl today….. not cool. Make sure to check your food, and not just the number of items at this place.
Great food. The one in Hilo was better, but these guys are super short staffed. They did drive thru only and the line was 10 cars long.I was just happy to eat taco bell. :) thank you
Just needed something quick before I went shopping on an empty stomach and ended up buying something like pickled pigy lips because it sounded good at the time because I was hungry. Got a taco supreme, it was wonderful as usual!
Went there yesterday for takeout. Was inside waiting my turn after the person in front of me who got their order. Was asked by a female worker if I placed an order already but I didn't and told her I wanted to order now I was told only can order thru the App or drive thru. I found it interesting because I went there two days earlier and was able to go inside and place my order with the same female worker. Oh well don't know what changed in two days. Guess you'll be out of luck if you don't have a car or don't use their app. That's okay I just had to walk across the street to Burger King (where you're allowed to go inside and order with no needed app) to get my lunch and walk back to my hotel.
Fast food that is closed at 5pm on a Sunday. I mean, c'mon. KFC nearby had a line out to the street- so the market is there. Maybe staffing issues?
Friendly service took a while to get thru the Drive-thru. The app says they don't have the Freezes there but they do just can't order it thru the app.
Drive through only. Always has a long line. I love the prices and we love tacos ?. So it's always worth it.

We were going to walk to Taco Bell, however decided to drive. It is a good thing because the lobby is still not open. The line was really long but they were able to get to us pretty quickly and the food was good.
Only the drive-thru is open which is always a 45 min - 1 hour wait. Even mobile orders have to go through the drive thru which completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. They also randomly close early. The staff is so-so. David is very nice, but can only do so much. Also, when you place a mobile order and they run out of the item, they cannot issue a refund. You have to call Corporate yourself and request the refund. Corporate/ management does not seem interested in responding to complaints.
