Got a tosted Philly sandwitch. The meat was cold, cheese unmelted, and bread was not toasted at all! When I asked if they could toast it again the employee refused. We talked back and forth for a bit until another employee came by and said they would do it. Only redeeming part was that the beef was tasty.
As of 2019 we had always been happy, regular customers, but service has deteriorated over the past couple years. It's as if management isn't aware, or doesn't really care. Several times over the last 6 months I've gone in and there was only one employee, often flustered and/or surly, with no management in sight. They also run out of ingredients quite often. While we love the Subway brand, this is a franchise we'll be avoiding from now on. By contrast, we recently ate at the Waimea Subway--the service was polite and prompt, the manager was training and supervising the employee, and nothing was out of stock.
The little man taking our sandwich order was surprisingly aggressive. He broke a mayo container in his anger, and kept throwing the meats and veggies hard, at the glass between he and us, and making nasty comments about haloes. It was disturbing and disgusting.
Good place for lunch. The staff was friendly. it took a little while to get the food but it was worth it. People had negative reviews but we did not find it that bad. bit is subway after all. May be it depends on the servers.
Closed with no warning, horrid customer service. Joke of a location.
Great service at this Subway but the Mexican food @Habenero's next door is EPIC and nearly comparable in price
Extremely slow service it is normal for it to take 20 minutes or more just to get to the counter then about another 20 minutes to get your sandwich even when it's not busy they all move so slowly and are in no rush at all obviously low-paid workers that don't care about their job or the customers time. Don't make the mistake I did and try and come here on your lunch break most of my break was over before I even got my food
Meatball sub was half cold. Cheese wasn't melted. Would not go back
I've been to this Subway twice now. Both times were disappointing. The workers don't seem to care at all and they make very subpar sandwiches that don't even match what you ordered. If you want an unsatisfying sandwich that takes 30 minutes for them to make (wrongly), then please shop here. If you want something half decent, go anywhere else, you will likely be let down with this Subway. Also, they haven't had any bread other than wheat both times I went there. I hate writing a bad review but I cannot recommend this location. This review is for the workers on Halloween night 2021. 3 Stars for being edible.
