this place sucked. how does it take 35 minutes to make 6 sandwiches. at that point i could have gone back there myself and made double the amount. almost missed my flight. back to the sandwiches though. i watched the worker cough on my bacon and and drown it in ranch??? thx subway xx
Avoid this Subway! The two employees working here had one speed, and it was as slow as possible. Many veggies were half full, but they decided to do a complete restock in the middle of an order. It seriously felt like we were being pranked.
Stood in a very long line only to be told they're out of veggie patty. Such places should put up signs about these things to avoid wasting people's time.
Staff was serving a customer and was VERY slow. He dashed to the back for over 2 mins. Came back eventually finished making the sandwiches and dashed to back we could hear him swear when door bell went off. Being concerned for his health we were waiting for him to come back. Eventually more customers came in and one of them went to the back to make sure he was OK and not in any kind medical emergency. There was no one in the store at all. We all left and right after we were out of the store he came back locked the doors and turned the open sign off. An hour before closing. He could have just explained he was sick or stressed and to leave.
I ordered and paid online and was told my order would be ready at 3:20 - just a 6” sub. I got to the store at 3:15 and there was 4 people in line. My order wasn’t ready, so I got in line as well. Over an hour later I am still waiting. Only 4 people in front of me and no crazy big orders. I have never in my life seen something like this, it is taking 15 mins to make one sub. I would’ve left a long time ago but I paid online and can’t cancel it. OVER AN HOUR with four people in front of me. ?
My daughter gets the veggie delite and asked for 2 different cheeses, but they refused her. They are VERY stingy with their ingredients (only 2 half-slices of provolone on the sandwich). The man grabbed about 5 pickles and actually put some back in the bin instead of the sandwich. Maybe it was an off day.
Aloha.This location is in deep kimchee.Five years now I have hoped for improvement. There's a new face everytime I come in. No one on a lunch break has time to make this their lunch stop...wait time average is 20 min. Also no two people make a sandwich the same way and no one seems to care that customers are unhappy...why are your workers so miserable?Today at checkout I told the gentleman I was going to change locations he said change is good and that did it for me.Poi Dog deli is the sandwich place people!!!
Soooo sloooooooow ? badly understaffed, took almost an hour to get through the line. Which is sad, I love me a good Subway Sammy.
No ice available, no fountain drinks for minimum 3 months, other than that, it was amazing.
Line out the door and with 3 workers there, 2 often walked away letting 1 do everything. Not friendly service either
