My two teenager kids went to get sandwich for their lunch before heading to the airport. The girl who took their order was super rude and made them feel uncomfortable as if she was doing them a big favor by taking their order. I wish my kids had left without getting sandwich from this particular location, but they are polite kids and not used to being treated like this.Subway take a note of your customer service, I feel we do lot better even I. Fast paced CA.
Great service & good Subway Sandwiches
I went there today for lunch and there was only 1 woman working. The place was busy with a line and to go orders but she was outstanding. She was fast, efficient, and had a great attitude the entire time. I don't know her name, but she is one of the hardest workers I have seen.
The really tall guy who used to make my sandwiches was insanely hot — food was pretty good as well.
Would have given 5 stars but they were short staffed and had to wait about 10 minutes but no biggie.
Poor customer service! And attitude!!opening hours posted online is 8:30am and they don't open until 9.

Typical cheap franchise owner that only has one person working at minimum wage. No refills, no napkins, extra cheese costs $4. Waited 20 mins for my sub with only two people ahead of me. What an embarrassment.
