I'm in the drive thru on a Friday morning 8:24 and they are out of sugar free vanilla syrup so not only can I not get my usual I'm now stuck in the drive thru.. oh well life in Hawaii...the managers job is to make sure they are well stocked at all times!!!

It was great to find a full-service Starbucks in Kona, Hawaii. They had all my favorites!

Very quick, nice inside and outside spaces. Coffee was perfect. Staff was very friendly.

Well run Starbucks. Good place to do some work.

Stopped in for some merch on my trip. I love Starbucks tumblers and they had really cute Hawaiian themed products. And the employees were very nice.

This used to be my go-to location before the virus, I live in Kona hema.So when they reopened, I stopped to have a coffee and read the internet. OHOH, we have only the Starbucks Pike place blend. Incredulously, I asked, so you have no dark roast coffee, no blond roast coffee at all? Not after 11:00, we stop serving hot coffee.Stunned, I looked at the menu board, looked away, looked back at her...She offered something she called an Americano...I think I said uhhh, because she walked away...I was taking to long, I sensed. It was me.I did manage to remember that they offered a delicious Kona Coffee, so I blurted out, do you still have the Kona coffee? To her back because she had returned to her Barista tasks. But she did hear me, cuz she turned around to proclaim, almost triumphantly, No.Several more moments passed, I resisted the urge to order something new, something certainly wonderful and delicious...something cold, perhaps.I blurted out, Ok, Thanks. And shot the crew, now oddly aware, a weak smile. And left. The second star was for because it smelled so wonderful, so fresh brew coffee, so Starbucks?

Up to the quality you'd expect most Starbucks to be. Docked one star because they didn't have any Big Island specific merchandise

After being closed for months I decided to try them out again. Pulled into lot and sign said “now open” people in drive through line. Waited and then the car in front went ahead, there was a man and a woman by the menu. Man just waves person in front of me through and then I pulled up, he announced rudely “closed on Mondays!” No politeness, no “ I am sorry you waited” , no “ I should have put a sign at the front of the driveway to state we were closed!” Sadly our world has no customer service anymore! Pathetic and I won’t be going there ever again! Rude man!

Nice staff, clean and comfortable seating.

Seems poorly managed. They really need to step up their cleaning and the breakfast sandwiches are always cold in the middle. The Sbucks up the street on Henry is much nicer. I'm guessing this is privately owned to have it this bad. Something is very wrong with this Starbucks.
