This Starbucks has continuously provided good customer service. They were kind enough to exchange a drink I bought at a different Starbucks in Kona town. The other drink was not drinkable in my opinion and Honokohau Starbucks was so kind to do this. My favorite one in the Kona area!
Fast Friendly Service! I had one of the best Lattes I've had in a while at this location. I just wish Starbucks wouldn't use togo cups for everything!
I had real Kona coffee the first time and really enjoyed it. I can't believe people pay money for Starbucks. I understand Kona is it's lots more expensive but well worth it in my opinion.

Being a Dutch Brothers preferred coffee person this Starbucks is always clean, people are always professional. I would recommend the Starbucks only because I don't see a Dutch Brothers.
Friendly service. Nice spot to chill and eat breakfast. Outdoor seating was beautiful with the sweetly scented Tiare/Gardenia flowers.Drive thru was busy but fast moving.
You order for a venti size and then you only get half a cup of it and then when you ask the barista they tell you that's how it is. First time had bad experience with Starbucks
Nope. Just nope. Starbucks could go out of business tomorrow, and I'd be happy as a clam because they make awful coffee. Seriously, this is the Big Island, we have some of the worlds best coffee, yet this is the tripe they sell. I'd rather drink cold dishwater
Don't have Starbucks too often, but this Starbucks is great, have a great positive attitude and the most important thing is THEY GOT MY DRINK RIGHT, ?
Usually they were the most reliable starbucks in Kona. Now they are always randomly closed. You have to guess when they are open.
