The most delicious cookies!!! Famous for the chocolate dipped mac cookies but we tried them all-so yummy!

Stopped in today and bought 1.5 dozen cookies. Very good selection. Cookies are so good that I most of them on the way home. Every one was better than the last. A little pricy, but sooooo worth it. My favorite is a tie between the white chocolate mac and the chocolate dipped Mac shortbread. Very fresh tasting. I will return again and again!!!

Wife and I destroyed a bag of a dozen no problem. Great variety to pick from... just know there's a little sticker shock at the register!

Quite simply the best cookies I have ever tried. Perfect Crispness, light, and flavorful. Have this with your tea or coffee and you’ll be set. Not sure how to get this to Canada on a regular basis.

Best cookies ever, no seriously go and get some. I'm going back to Washington next week and will definitely get alot ????

We went there one morning and jokingly told them we were getting breakfast cookies. And when returning to the car we "sampled" one of the Coconut Shortbread cookies... OMG! They were so good! Lightly crisp and then melts in the mouth. We continued "sampling" rest of the bag of "breakfast" cookies. We ended up going back two more times before returning home.We weren't sure if this place was a retail shop since it was in an industrial part of town (at the bottom of the hill below Costco), but it's lagit. They have a nice retail location and at the time we visited (Jan 2022) they were only allowing 6 in at a time because of Covid.Love this place and highly recommend. They're in a perfect location for those visitors on their way to, or from, the airport. My favorite was the Coconut Shortbread and Mac Nut Chocolate Dipped. Personally, the chocolate dipped may be a little sweet for some people, but still amazing. Thanks Mrs. Barry... hope to see you again soon.

I walked into Mrs Barry's Cookies to buy 2 big boxes of shortbread 18 in each box to mail, the store only had the small boxes andthe woman behind the counter refused to pack them in boxes for me.I am amazed how rude this woman was..I have been a customer of Mrs Barry's since before they move from the Kona In area, I will never again walk in to they store..What a sad ending.

A variety of crispy cookies for sale, each one more delicious than the previous. Coconut shortbread was my favorite...all gone.

These cookies are delicious! Unique flavors and homemade taste. A definite MUST for any trip to Kona. Best care package to send to loved ones! Order was placed Monday morning and was received on the West Coast on Thursday. Excellent service. Very well packaged. Even let us write a personal note on a card and included it on the box.I've eaten cookies from many of the big Hawai'i cookie companies and I prefer Mrs. Barry's because they are still a small family owned business that can maintain the freshness, homemade taste, and personalized service where the bigger companies just can't.My favorite cookie is the coffee crunch. A perfectly crunchy coffee-flavored cookie with chocolate chips perfect for dipping. My next favorite is the coconut shortbread which has a perfectly even distribution of crunchy toasted coconut in buttery shortbread. I've not found anything like these cookies anywhere else.Mrs. Barry herself was working when we went and we got to say hello. Her daughter in law helped us place our shipment of two dozen cookies to family on the continent who weren't able to make it home for the holidays. Our family was so excited to get the surprise package they tore it open immediately and were impressed by how well it was packaged.

Allow plenty of time to wait in line! I waited in line for over 45 minutes and I would have had to wait much longer to get the cookies. I didn’t want to miss my flight so I had to go. It smelled good in the shop and the 2 people working were busy packing orders of cookies for a few customers ahead of me. It seemed like they could use some help. There were not many people ahead of me, but apparently they were buying a lot of cookies and it takes time to package them. Maybe next time I’m on the Big Island I’ll be able to try them and update my review.
