My buddy and I ordered two apple pies for takeout since we were going home to Hilo and they weren't in any of the two bags and we were in Waimea by the time.
Sometimes short staffed, but my Son enjoys their French fries, nuggets and ice cream machine in rarely out of service!
Quick service, which is good. Fries was old, who likes old fries? Not me. Everything else was great.
This McDonald's is always faster than any other one in town. You have to go into Walmart. They have no problem making fresh fries for me. I hope they open the lobby so you can dine in again.
I’m not one to review fast food places because I understand what I’m signing up for but the workers I dealt with are probably the most incompetent people I’ve ever met in my life.
Wasn't that many people around at this area but it is very understandable. My burger was given to me was very quick ?
The only time I ever go in to this establishment is to use the Don when I have to take a trump. The food is not good

The ice cream machine is frequently broken (understandable given the parent company's contractual requirement that a franchisee cannot fix it themselves, and must use a specific repair company that is notorious for expensive, slow, and shoddy repairs).Like many other fast food establishments, the restaurant lobby and self-service drink machines are off-limits to customers, despite the fact that many other restaurants have reopened these areas after many people have been vaccinated against COVID-19.After a remodeling, large cups were made unavailable for coffee or soft drinks.The chicken nuggets are usually overcooked (but other fast food places are similar).At busy mealtimes, the line to place an order can be very long, and I have never seen the second register open with a second person taking orders. The kiosks in front of the store are closed. I recommend placing orders through the McDonald's app at busy times.Unlike other locations, this McDonald's does not offer all day breakfast items, and 10 am is the cutoff time for breakfast orders (NOT 10:01 am). If you want a breakfast item, I recommend going to the nearby Jack-In-The-Box, whose breakfast items are tastier, less expensive, and served all day.
