This is a fantastic pub with super friendly patrons who I look forward to seeing each month when I’m on the island. The owner, Brian, is a wonderful person who treats his customers with some serious aloha. Stop in and see him and his ohana.
What a dump, my partner, his best friend went in there on. Wednesday night; mind you I Am from nyc, capital of rude; this place does even add up. The bartender did not even acknowledge us. Please , please don’t go. My second time and the second time was even worst than the first time. Don’t set foot there. You want a place that’s accommodating go to the My Bar. Amazing service. You lost my business, my friends who will be coming to Hawaii we will not be going to the mask.
Ive been to this bar twice, and both times the bartender was a total A-hole, Not even in New York which people claim are one of the rudest cities in the world came close to this bartender. I will never recommend this bar to anyone. I will recommend the "MY BAR" which was more than welcoming. Shame on Brian, your the owner what a class act youre are.
Bartender was not accurate with his menu and was abrupt with his manners.
I am so in love with this place!!! I feel peaceful, happy, safe, accepted as I am!!! Met lots of super nice people here as well! It started when my friends invited me to meet them 10/23/2021, at the Mask at 1pm- I stayed till closing- they have karaoke songs, I love music! Then asked the owner if I could have my birthday party there. He surprised me by saying “yes” long story short- the rest is history.
