Another favorite restaurants of my youngest Son. He loves the hard steak taco with cheese. He ordered 4 pieces at a time, lol. I enjoy the beef burrito with ground beef. The burritos and tacos are made fresh to order, the beef burrito has beef, cheese, rice, guacamole and sour cream. I'm kinda a plain Jane when I eat, so I just like ground beef, rice and cheese.The service is fast, friendly and bilingual! When I sit in the restaurant, customers that are regulars stop in and the staff already knows what their order is! It's amazing!When you enter the restaurant, you feel like your entering an old friends home, ready to enjoy a meal and break bread with a friend.Stop by and order a meal, I know you'll feel the same as I do!
Love this restaurant! I dont eat meat and the veggie burrito is the best ever! When I did eat meat a few years ago I liked the steak soft tacos . My boyfriend gets chicken enchiladas. All their food never disappoints!
OMG Real Mexican Food!The restaurant was clean, the staff was very friendly, the service was fast, the prices were great, and the amount of food we received vs the cost was perfect. ALL in ALL, I definitely recommend this local Mexican eats to anyone who is looking for REAL Mexican food. I initially rate a Mexican food establishment by the taste and freshness of their salsa. BINGO! Frikin awesome. Their hot salsa was a bit salty but still good. Cool atmosphere inside a well.
The fish tacos were good especially the sour cream was good.The enchiladas were good especially the beans and rice.The taco salad was good and crunchy. The taco shells were shaped like a bowl.The hot sauce is recommended.
I'm from Arizona so I'm a bit picky about Mexican food. Hands down this was the best I have come across on the Kona side of the island. Prices were great and the kids menu had enough choices that all my kids could get exactly what they want. Portions were big and everyone left with a full stomach.
It's ok stuff. 4 people eat for some 55 bucks. It's sloppy greasy burritos. Hard shell tacos are whatever. Salsa is great. Hot in particular. Sour cream is there thick kind not creama. They have alcohol but add another 50 to the bill.
ONO! For those who do not know what ono means, it is a type of fish found around Hawaii and also means Very Good. The food is fantastic, portions are very generous and so, so tasty. We had 1 carnitas quesadilla and 1 carnitas plate and a margarita drink for around $20.00. It's a hole-in-the- wall restaurant that they have added a small eating area outside of picnic tables and umbrellas. So nice to enjoy the warm tropical breeze and ambience.
Great quality food. Love the carnitas and el pastor. Nachos a real bargain, enough for sharing. Can eat outside under umbrellas on picnic tables in parking lot. Staff friendly and efficient.
This place is small, limited seating, limited menu for a Mexican place, but the food is great. The special shredded beef tacos were great. The carnitas chimichanga was awesome. Lots of food from a reasonable price.
