We were pleasantly greeted by a very nice man, who I believe was the manager. He talked to us while we were in line and was very friendly and personable. My daughter and I both got iced coffee or iced mocha and both were really good. I bought a small bag of grinds to take back to our condo for the week. It was definitely pricey, but was truly possibly the best coffee grounds I had ever had! Cute shop and environment too! Will definitely go back if we ever get to go to Kona again!
I went here to get a first Kona cup of coffee while visiting the Big Island of Hawaii. The place was located in a shopping center and had ample parking space. I ordered a pour-over and donuts. It took a while to get my cup, but it was worth the wait. The coffee was great, the donut was airly, and it was good with coffee. They had products in the store, and you could purchase coffee, teas, or other stuff.
Oh the coffee is so good. Very smooth and really nice people. This will be my go to place for my stay. You can go just behind the store and sit and drink your coffee in peace and enjoy the view.
We ate here and, before, going looked up the menu on their website. They had no aca bowls or breakfast sandwiches, as advertised, they were out of stuff to make smoothies, etc. Very disappointing.
Get the macadamia nut milk in your coffee it's so good. I had oatmeal! Super good. No acai bowls but still plenty of food to choose from and the coffee is delicious.
I got the Moana Kea freeze with an extra espresso shot. It was so good! Perfect blend. I don’t like when places underwhelm by mixing too much ice in a blended drink and this place certainly does not do that. One time, they were no longer serving blended drinks but the guy was super nice about it so I was okay.No restroom in the building but there is a complex restroom across the parking lot that you can use with an access code.
The line is very reasonable if you compare it to the Kona coffee purveyors in Waikiki ?I had a flat white and iced latte, they were pretty good.Also brought the coffee beans to my friend ?
Came here the morning after our long and delayed flight. Delicious coffee, passionfruit iced tea and bagels with a side of avocado!
WE LOVE the Peaberry Coffee flavor and aroma. We are now ordering it monthly and having it shipped to New Mexico. Highly recommend
Terrific coffee. Went twice for the acai bowl, machine broken both visits, very disappointing. Everything bagel with lox very good. Raisin bagel very small. Great at following covid protocols. Had doorman counting patrons inside, very friendly and informative.
