This is the worst KFC I've ever ate at. My Chicken sandwich bun was hard as a rock. The Louisiana sauce spilled all over the bag and chicken was horrible. I had to tell them to give me a new bag. People don't eat here.
We entered the drive thru around 7:35 tonight. We waiting in line and we’re stuck in line after being told at 7:50 that they close in 10 minutes, were out of chicken tenders, and would not be making anymore for the night. I understand, but customer time should be just as important as employee time. A chain at the end of the drive thru would be sufficient enough to inform customers the business will no longer be preparing orders when there is no way to exit the drive thru instead of having them be stuck in line.
Shout out to Mandy! We visited last week and the drivethru was BACKED up! Upon getting to the window we discovered it was a Skeleton crew with Mandy leading the way! I swear she was doing EVERYTHING! We tipped her bc we were grateful she was there to take care of the hungry citizens of Kailua Kona. Management, please be sure to recognize her for her superb efforts!
If there was a zero star I'll give it a zero star! Disappointed at the quality of the food!! Plus they ran out of chicken wings,thighs, & drumsticks HOW??
if i could i would give zero stars. use to like coming here but the past 2 visits was just terrible. went there 5/13 the drive thru lady had no type of personality, didn’t even look happy to be there and very careless towards handling our bag. second time was 5/15 placed a mobile order for a 10pc feast extra crispy, wasn’t even ready when we got there. was told it would take 15 mins. i placed an online order for a reason and on top of that i was missing 2 of my items. tried calling the store but no one would pick up.
Ordered regular strips, got the spicy oil bath chicken instead, it was so bad I couldn't eat it. Order mash and gravy got fries, ordered sierra mist got flat warm bubble water, no ice no syrup. Worst meal I've ever had.
Ordered 24 hot wings, had to wait 12 minutes for them to cook which seams to be the norm at this location. We waited 20 minutes, drove home to oceanview to find the gravy leaking from the new paper container and the chicken was burnt. $80 down the drain.
Really disappointed. I like KFC but not this one. Ordered two fillup menu items with the chicken breasts. Sides were OK but each breast had less meat on them than a small chicken leg. Not had such a poor meal at a KFC before. Will not go back.
Taco Bell's order online & pick up on the counter wasn't available so I chose KFC today. They had the "spend $12 get a chicken sandwich free" deal. When you order online, you still have to get in drive-thru so plan ahead and time it right to save yourself some time. There were no cars thankfully (I came Sat almost 4pm.) My order was labeled ready for pickup at 3:53, I got there 3:56 and it was ready. My order was complete, condiments, utensils everything. They use paper bowls & paper straws. My biscuit was soft, mashed potato was hot, but the original chicken skin was kind of chewy ? I've visited here at 10am a couple of times. Once I was told there were techniqual issues so they'd be open around 10:30am so I came back then but they still weren't open. Another time I went there around 10ish but they still weren't open. No sign. Hmmm, double check your orders for any fast-food you go to. This has happened a few times but when I noticed too late, couldn't get anyone on the phone, so I did the online customer service and they fixed it.
MY HUSBAND AND I GOT FOOD POISONING FROM HERE LAST NIGHT, JANUARY 27TH, 2022! NEVER AGAIN!!!
