A long drive from where we were staying but the food lived up to reviews. The $$$ was less than we pay for sushi at home. Typical sushi restaurant decor.

This is seriously one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. The sushi was so high quality, the drinks were boozey enough to get me happy without tasting overly alcoholic, and the staff was so incredibly pleasant. If I lived here, I would go at least once a week. This is a place you do NOT want to miss during your trip to kona if you're a sushi fan.
We were early so we sat and ordered pupus. It was happy hour so we order a bunch. The pupus were not that cheap and the portions were small. Ordered the ribeye steak for dinner and it was ok.
The night we were there they were extremely under staffed. We were seated outside in the corner and were forgotten about many times. They brought out rolls individually and forgot 5 items we ordered. We would not return.
Menu selections covered a wide range of tastes. Service was exceptional. The food was prepared to everyone's satisfaction. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.
Food is excellent as always. Waitress got our order wrong and got the wrong check.
Our server was so sweet and shared her favorite roll with us! We got the speciality roll & Aspen roll & the molten cake! The coconut ginger mojito was so good!
We went there on our vacation with our family. The food was excellent especially the sushi but even my sonâs chicken kids meal was good. The service was slow at first but got better.
