After a 30 min wait to order at the drive thru, I ordered a jumbo jack NO cheese no onion no mayo add mustard. I got two slices of cheese nacho consistency no tomato no mustard and cold buns. The fries were cold.Sourdough cheeseburger, sourdough was cold.Pretty much disappointedTwo tacos/ I didn't expect much., That's what you get .
Leilani and her team ABSOLUTELY ROCK!! Every place faces work shortages but the way she LEADS during busy times( it's ALWAYS busy time in Kona) is inspiring! She has excellent team communication, and verbal team appreciation! I can only hope that Jack In The Box Corporate offices see this and recognize Leilani and her team! ( and not just an email ?) we frequent this location most every Saturday after morning errands!
Waiting. Waiting. Waiting. Very. Very. Very slow. In line for like 30 minutes. There was one lady though seemed to be working hard and fast picking up the slack. Fast food restaurants need to quit cutting corners and hire more people also open up the dinning room. Stop using covid restrictions as an excuse. Why is it we can still all pile in to walmart.
This place sucks! I went during my lunch time and when I went to the place it wasn't even busy, the person took my card, didn't even say "Hi" she was rude as hell. And when I placed my order I had kindly asked for certain things that I didn't want on it but it was on there after I took my stuff. I didn't have time to even check it because I believe that they would not have what I didn't want on there. All the food was slapped together wasn't even warm not even fresh. they should be ashamed in themselves and the people they hire should get better people.
walked 5 miles to get there with my bags on my back starving i get there at 8:50 lock the door in my face and tell me go through drive through i said i walked she said sorry so i go through drive through stand there in like 20 minutes breathing car exaust and she refuses me service at the windo. horrible degrading hummiliating and i am still hungry
No bathrooms for paying customers. Im sure employees have bathroom access. Whats up management? Cant hide behind covid forever.
This should be a negative rating option because this experience definitely fit in that category. We went there around 10:30 pm…waited half an hour for the drive through where there was a guy drunk yelling at the cars the whole time (didn’t feel very safe). Then the large fries came half emptied (like it was left over and it was actually cold. We ordered a cheese burger and it came without cheese. This has to be the worst meal we ever had.
FYI - they are only doing service by drive-thru or app!! Canadians cannot download the app and they would not put the order through for us through the phone. Just be advised before walking there like we did.
Open 24 hours, great burgers and fries. Super fresh! It’s a long wait late at night but the reason is because it’s cooked right then so it’s to be expected. Some of the workers are super nice. Only reason it isn’t 5 stars is because the tacos aren’t great but if you get something other than that you won’t be disappointed :)
Friendly young girl with excellent customer service. She even indivdually packed each meal separately without being asked. Give her a raise!!!
