Never going back ever again , shave ice is practically just ice never put enough syrup , smoothies flavorless ? rather go right down on alii it was disappointing
If I could give 0 stars I would, the old workers were much nicer and had way better customer service. Went there to order and already had a sassy unwelcoming attitude, 2 boys then walked over to order and her whole attitude changed significantly, I said f-it you just lost a customer and left, just found it really funny how she could treat me and my bf like that then treat the other 2 different, wish her manager knew that she’s hurting the business with that attitude.
Got shaved ice, lady was very rude today asked to get additional topping as we were ordering and she said it was too late. Not enough syrup bottom 1/2 was just ice.
The place to go in Kona for shave ice. Get the rainbow. You might have to wait a bit, worth it.

Great ice cream and shaved ice. We got 2 rainbow shaved ices with banana ice cream in the middle. Kids loved it so we got 2. Good bubble tea too.
Hawaiian Ice Cones sell different flavors of shaved ice and bobba tea. Taro flavor is one of my favorite flavor and Ice Cones will not disappoint you :) Its easy to access and the server is friendly. If you are looking for some store you could try some shaved ice or bobba tea for your desert, I could recommend you this shop.
