Best coffee in all of Big Island! Came back here twice and the place didn’t disappoint. The breakfast items were pretty good. The owners are really nice and very personable.

Coffee wasn't bad. The older gentleman working there seemed to be in a grumpy mood and the service was pretty slow even though there were few customers. The young lady working there was very friendly.

Stopped here twice while on vacation. Their tiger chai tea is amazing and the best we have ever had!

Great smoothies and when we got iced Kona coffees, I was impressed they had pre-made Kona coffee ice cubes, so there was no dilution of the Kona.

This was the only spot I found in Kona with green smoothies. We got smoothies and coffees here three times. The first and last it was quick and delicious. The middle visit it seemed they were short staffed, only two working, and I had to wait about 45 minutes. Island time! So if there's a line out the door, it's about 5 minutes per party. I was glad for some good nutrition in a green smoothie to balance all the other vacation food!

As I stood in a long line and read the rules, I couldn't help but think of the Seinfeld episode, "The Soup Nazi". If you talk on your phone, no coffee for you! LOL! The coffee was great and the food was good enough. Like so many other people, I think the service could be vastly improved. There's a place in my home town that says "great food, bad tude" and it's not that good. I think food tastes better when served with a smile. I'm not saying to not try it, just don't expect them to be too friendly. PS, I could train your staff in proper customer service in a day.

Made my first visit trying to adjust to the time change and picked up a Muana Kea mocha for my mom and an iced Gianduja for myself. The drinks were flavorful and unique. Had to go back again for another Gianduja because it was so good. Staff was hustling and friendly- this place had a line anytime we went by.

Disappointing. Read about this place in some Big Island listicles, so we thought we'd stop by for breakfast. The drinks (lattes and smoothies) are fantastic - but the food and service are sub-par. The sandwiches/bagels are akin to something you could buy at Safeway and overpriced, and every person that we interacted with who was working at the coffee shop was cranky. I understand that not every establishment has to pander to its guests, but it'd be nice to grab a cup of coffee without a side of rudeness and sass.

Great spot for breakfast and coffee. I usually get the cold brew and the breakfast croissant and have never been disappointed. Be prepared to wait outside for a few though since the place is usually pretty busy.

I love supporting small businesses wether it’s in my home town or when I travel. This was a little coffee shop outside of my condo so I decided to give it a shot. I waited in line for about 30 minutes to give my order which wasn’t a problem. I understand during rush things get busy and waiting isn’t an issue. There is only one person/ party allowed in at a time so I was next up and I see multiple laminated signs saying what to do and what not to do when inside. They had multiple signs up referring to covid. I love that they required masks and were practicing safe covid protocols. Another sign I noticed said that if you are on your phone when ordering you will be sent to the back of the line. Since I was a solo guest it wouldn’t matter for me but I couldn’t help but think what if I was ordering for a group and I had to look at my phone to remember all the orders. Once it was my turn the first words I received when I walked in was not “hello” or “how are you” or “how can I help you”… The first words were “Just wait a second” Definitely not the way to start a conversation with a customer who has been waiting in line for a long time trying to buy the product you are selling. When they were ready to take my order I asked them if they accepted Apple Pay. All the signs outside said what payments they accepted and Apple Pay wasn’t on it. The server responded with “Yes everywhere does so what do you want.” I was kind of in shock by her rudeness but I ordered my food along with a coffee. It was another 20 minutes before my food was ready and it was very underwhelming. I ordered the French toast sandwich and it was more or less toasted bread with eggs, cheese and ham with hardly any flavor. The coffee was pretty good though and it delivered on my high expectations.
