Darci and Ian are two of the best bartenders you can ask for. They made this trip so enjoyable. Their service is unmatched. Thank you both!
Not impressed. only food on offer was a burger or a fish burger. they do not serve fries as the kitchen is ",out of order". We had a free drink coupon from the hotel and we were so unimpressed, we threw the coupon away rather than use it there.
Updated to 3 star — we went back today and they were unable to make half their drinks due to “not having a blender”?!? How is this possible at a Tropical destination?!Chill little pool side spot connected to the Marriott on Kona. They have affordable drink prices and some decent food options (The Sweet potato fries were nice). The view of the water is beautiful. Night time is also worth the trip.
Pricey but the meal was filling and very tasty ? Kid approved cheeseburgers and fries were delicious.
Did a late dinner and the food was awesome! Services was slow! We got asked if we wanted certain things and never got them. Maybe next time I’ll do a pick up order!
Food is alright, service could be better. Felt as though no one wanted to take an order, much less point me in the direction of someone that could provide service. Not very busy to account for the service received. Not sure if it was the humidity and hot weather that led to the poor attitude in customer service and service in general, but the team on duty today left much to be desired.
Nice, casual place to have a cocktail in the evening, with very good live music, Hawaiian style. Super casual vibe, adjacent to the pool area. We only had cocktails but others around us had food and the meals looked delicious.
What can you say... Hotel restaurants lacking quality along with the inflated prices and pretty slow service. I wasn't impressed. Didn't go back. So many better options around, leave the hotel and adventure.
Friendly staff, good buffet with a nice menu. Came here 3 times for breakfast and once to get a drink on the house. It has a nice view of the ocean since it's beachside. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Service there was good until one of the bartenders refused to serve my friend water of all things. I get it, it's busy and we were part of a big party. That was strike one.When it came the to close out they had already been cleaning up the bar area. Stood there for over 5 minutes while three people moved in front of me performing various closing duties. No acknowledgement. I don't mind waiting but to walk past me several times and not say "I'll be right with you" is just bad.Food was decent, drinks were good. And honestly the service was okay. Those two strikes immediately downgraded for me.
