Very nice view and breeze from the patio!! Food was good but can be better. The vegetarian omelette (I got it with egg whites) was fulfilling and delicious. The beachin biscuit was tasty too. The french toast was a little bland and mediocre like ihop. My recommendation to the owners/chef would be use fluffy/fresh brio bread instead of hard thin bread. Enjoyed our stop off at Big Kahuna in Kona. Gave 5-stars despite the fact we weren’t told that were out of a couple thing until about 10-15 minutes after we ordered.I had the BBQ smash burger, my wife at the pot stickers, and my daughter had a sandwich with a side of tofu. The food was excellent.We also has the hibiscus cooler (wife) and royal margarita with lava salt (me). The drinks were excellent too. Definitely a place you want to stop by while in Kona.Check out the pictures.
I know we are the first cruise ship back in like two years, and you folks really made us feel welcome. The food was outstanding and the service was spot on even though you were very busy. Both my volcano burger and my wife's burger with pineapple were outstanding. The onion rings as good as they get so we have nothing but praise for your restaurant. Let's hope the resumption of cruising keeps going and you guys can prosper from it!
The steak was incredible and cooked perfectly. The mashed potatoes were loaded with flavor. I didn't order the Big Kahuna burger because I didn't want an uxexpected run in with Samuel Jackson and a 9mm
Fun place to eat at the bar or if you insist to be seated more along the deck then You're in for a lovely view of the ocean and a nice position to observe the Main Street. I enjoyed the drinks this place offered and found their seared tuna ahi salad to be exquisite! I think this place blows Lava Java out of the water!!
Great breakfast. Avocado toast was amazing.Potatoes were super salty, but other than that it was all delicious.Nice views of the ocean while we are. Staff was friendly and even though they were busy, food came out quickly.
Good place for evening beer with friends.Perfect harbor view both at day time and in the evening. Light breeze massage your hairs and sing sweet songs.Live music is a pleasant bonus to the tasty menu.Thank you.Highly recommend??
