The one negative review made by Destiny Farrow should be completely ignored. Lisa at Big Island Accounting is amazing. We had tried other bookkeeper and accounting services for our 2 LLCs before her and we were left lost, confused and disorganized. Lisa took the time to explain and educate us on everything that we needed to know. She completely turned around our disorganized bookkeeping and taught us how to do it correctly. She took a ton of time making sure our tax return was done correctly. Her fees are totally reasonable and affordable even though she has years and years of experience. I cant say enough good things. Big Island Accounting has been a nightmare; one that you are not easily awoken from. If there was a way to rate this company zero stars, or negative stars even, I would have selected that instead. Lisa, who I believe runs this company, although you would never know it based on her impertinent demeanor, is keen to high levels of unprofessional engagement. She openly discusses her political position of electing Mr. Trump as president to her clients, among other stories she likes to waste your time telling. All while charging you to be in her presence. She will talk over you and roll her eyes as soon as you speak. She plays God in her office and no one is smarter than she. She constantly judges others, talks about her other clients, and name calls anyone who has crossed her (she does this blatantly and through abusive emails). This business is plummeting quickly, for they cannot even properly retain documents and transactions. Since July, all of her employees have been fired or quit except one; her henchman. If none of this convinces you to go somewhere, anywhere, other than Big Island Accounting for any type of service based on the proposition that these statements are opinion based, go see for yourself. It is only a matter of time before she has another public mental breakdown.
