Wendy's cannot go wrong with their chili but the service in the drive-thru needs improvement.We had to repeat our order approximately 4-5 times and it was a simple order. We pay and when our order arrives, it was wrong.We had no straws for 3 drinks, really? I am from out of town but the next time I visit my childhood state of Hawaii, if I go back to Wendy's. I will walk in and order.
Well, I kinna local now, and the first time, no like. BUT TODAY!! It's GREAT!!! Just like in the good ol'e USA!!
Good food. Too slow. Drive thru and at the counter staff were moving like zombies. I understand being tired and having no energy but my food was cold by the time they bagged it and handed it to me. I dont think any manager will see this review but buy your staff an energy drink once in a while or motivate them some how.
Fast , friendly a good place to go if your at the Maui Mall shopping I enjoy the burgers and my wife likes the chili so I give it a 5 star
I went through the drive-thru twice in the last week (one time I purchased using the mobile app). Both times something was missing from my order. It’s the only one on island, so you just have to deal with it if you want Wendy’s.
I gotta say man the people there are very nice but the food......omg my grilled chicken sandwich was like a baby squeaky toy. I swear. I got a video of it. When not only that the 6 for 5 or what ever that deal is.....omg. the hamburger meet taste like metal or something. I swear man I don't know what tf going on there. Even the Dr pepper taste like ice water and sugar. On some g ish. Please don't go here and they need to be closed down. The people are very nice I wanna say again. They can't cook for sht. They Al need to be fired and that store need to be closed down. I swear. That food was the worst Wendy's I ate in my life. I was so mad. I ate a bread sandwich. The dog took it and was chewing it like gum. I swear to God man no cap. Please don't go to this place.

I love the chili and rice, and the fries here. But the lines are always long. They should hire mote people to get the lines going faster.
They changed their spicy chicken sandwich, it's not goodTheir breakfast potatoes are the best
Better fries than McDonald's. Love the Frosty there, too
