From Skills to Baking, little by little I have learned to accept my intolerance of being around aggressive people, and that's a first big step towards my culinary arts goals.

Started with carrot cardamom soup, delicious. The lamb tangine was cooked perfectly nice flavour. Dates, pumpkin purée, ginger carrots, great mixture of flavours. The saffron tea cake was nice but quite tiny. Service was excellent just a little slow getting each course. Well worth it though.

Good food and shows how much their students learned

We had a great lunch at the culinary school. A fine dining experience provided by the students. The food was great and they we able to accommodate the dietary requirements of our group.

Attended a PCNC meeting there yesterday and the lunch was outstanding! Everything tasted so delicious and the presentation was beautiful! Desserts were fabulous as well. Mahalo!

Loved the extra activities like; having the Math Teachers come experience math through cooking, to help their students, was super fun! And, the Awards Dinners; meeting all the Chefs and their families. Helping out wherever you can for the experience, such as private dinners to raise money for the program. The Host would win a raffle dinner and have students over to prepare and serve. Great experience. Because all the laughter and fun, it's also challenging and hard work. Something's I couldn't do. I regret. But, still so many positives. Great experience, a must try. Even if you can't do it all. You just might be the next great Chef.

Always rewarding watching the next generation of rising chefs in Hawaii. With a number of places to enjoy in the food court, everyone can find something.
