Got the chef special kimchi poke bowl with ahi for my flight home!Super fresh and tasty!
Very disappointed. Low quality with typical pricing if you were at a nice sushi restaurant. I spent $50 on 3 rolls all of which were less quality than grocery store sushi. Wasabi was dry and hard, the lemons on the sunset roll were not thinly sliced like a good roll would have...shrip was dry and chewy, it was just all a bad experience.

What a great way to immerse yourself in Maui's food scene by grabbing lunch at the food trucks located across from the Costco. Very happy that Sushi Kochi was my first meal here. Hoping to eat here again!

Ive been to this food truck park several times and each time this truck has never been open. I finally was able to try it and was not disappointed. I ordered the Unagi Donburi because theres a picture of it on the side of the truck and it looks delicious. Its a rice bowl which comes with eel and a side avocado salad. Everything tased amazing. The Eel was perfectly seasoned, the sauce was tasty and the avocado salad was fresh. I would definitely order this again.

Sushi was okay, fish was not fishy at all just put way to much rice on the rolls.
Hawaiian roll is delicious!I could use a little dish to mix soy sauce and wasabi and more soy sauce.
Ordered the soft shell crab donburi - so delicious and fresh! Great customer service, kind and accommodating.
