This restaurant is a must for anyone who loves Thai food and stellar service. We were a group of 8 exhausted people including 3 children. We were a bit leery when we saw the order had to be done online but the owner was more than helpful and brought us some drinks to help out. The food arrived super quickly and each bite was amazing. They even brought us treats for the kids and the most scrumptious desert. My only regret is that we couldn’t return because we were leaving Maui.
This place is truly deserving of 5 stars. The set up is interesting. For dine-in, you seat yourself and order online (QR code at the table). Once your food is ready, they’ll call your name and you pick it up at the counter. The food is all packaged to-go which is nice so you can easily take the leftovers home. Now for the food… absolutely incredible. I’ve been to Thailand and this is about as good as it gets. I highly recommend the Khao Soi if you’ve never had it before.The part I love most about this place is that it’s a family-run business with owners who are passionate what they do. I was talking to the host for a bit and he told me that his parents-in-law are the cooks and from Northern Thailand. It’s all their own recipes and they really built this from the ground up. Definitely put this on your food list for Maui if you haven’t already.
We got a sampler appetizer. The appetizers were all tempura style. See the pic. Delicious! And the coconut shrimp. Also delicious!!
The food here is in big portion and very tasty. I forgot to take a pic, but the tom yum soup was great! The owner made an effort to talk to us and made sure we were happy with everything. Will definitely come back when we’re in the area.
This is our second visit to My Thai. After the first wonderful experience last year, we made it a point to come back next time we come to maui. The food is just so fantastic. Not only do they have great flavor but they also come with very generous portions. We ordered two dishes with seafood and crispy calamari. All so yummy with a lot of seafood compared to what you’d get elsewhere. The two of us can’t even finish all. The Thai tea with coconut milk is so delicious that I ordered a second one to go. It is not as surgery as what you would get in other Thai restaurants. Definitely recommend to try it! The owner told us all the food is cooked by his parents in law from northern Thailand. All the decors are also brought from Thailand. Truly a hidden gem! Don’t miss out on this authentic spot!
This is one of those meals that felt like a spiritual experience. A long day of travel preceded our stop at My Thai Maui, and we popped in shortly before they closed. The owner seemed genuinely grateful that we chose to eat there, and let us dine at our own tempo despite the fact that they were about to close. They told us the story of how they opened the restaurant, and how they're so happy to see customers returning.We ordered pad thai, orange chicken, and pineapple fried rice. All were incredible. When you come to Maui, this is the kind of place you want to stop. Forget all the familiar chain restaurants near the airport, My Thai Maui needs to be at the top of your list!

Delicious food and great service. We ate here on the way to the airport. I would definitely recommend it! The mango sticky rice for dessert was amazing.
AMAZING FOOD AT THIS SMALL FAMILY BUSINESS. We came here after a long trip from LA to find wonderful service. Matthew did a special complimentary fancy dessert for our parent’s 50th Anniversary! It was fantastic, delicious, clean, and welcoming!!!
A true food highlight while being on Maui. I’m Thai myself, and I can say that they do a truly remarkable job here. The staff/owners are friendly, and the service is quick. Matthew is great, and this place feels like a hidden gem.You must try some of their northern Thai dishes!
