Just carve out the afternoon if you're coming here today. I was just in line for almost half an hour. I really hope no one here had to be anywhere, because if you enter this line, you are STUCK. I had to place my order seven times, four at the speaker and three times where I paid, and they still only had it half right at the window. YIKES. I hope they fix whatever this is.
This was the worst experience I have ever experienced at any McDonalds. The employee that took my order was rude. The prices were very high! A Bic Mac meal was in excess of $10.95. When I went to the beverage station to refill my medium Diet Coke I learned that the station was closed. When I returned to the individual that took my order she advised they no longer provide refills on beverages!
It is a one-star guaranteed.It's McDonald's.Free wifi is the only good thing about it, and it's cheap. Oh wait, it's not because this is Hawai'i where everything is super expensive.
Ordered portuguese sausage eggs and Rice and only got 1 slice of sausage. Ordered large drink, got médium size instead.

No one at counter to take my order, tried kiosk, but no tent number for table. Service was ignored. Seems drive-thru more important. Will not go there for a long time!
McDonald's getting 5 stars??The Taro pie is amazing, I dont know why every McDonald's doesn't have it. The deluxe local breakfast is delicious...looks plain but pour that soy sauce on it and you'll never get enough!
