Went to Krispy Kreme around 6:45pm to grab a dosen donuts and while we was checking you, the five employees working were making fun of a homeless guy outside sitting by there handicap stall, saying that he had ate half a dozen donuts. The ladies was speaking filipino and had one local person that could understand them. I thought it was a little funny, but, realized after who they was laughing and teasing about after looking outside the window. I found their work ethic very unprofessional and rude. We called the location around 6:51pm to make a complaint and the lady on the phone was basically backing her workers up and denying the allegations that we saw in the store. We will further contact management on this issue, due to the poor customer service that was played out, and not speaking English at the workplace.
Overrated. Coffee was horrible. Donuts looked good but just tasted average. Needs to clean up outside eating area.
Donuts are small and not a wide selection. Staff is really friendly. Some tables had bugs crawling on them.
Yummy glazed donuts, my favorite. Wish they had minis one could chose. They had minis in a 16 pack to go.The Big Island doesn't have a Krispy Kreme so whenever I'm in Maui I get some.

This Krispy Kreme is shady af. They used to accept credit card, but all the times we went in the evening , suddenly the card reader is always broken, they said they are cash only. But it's been like more than half a year, and the card reader is still broken? Doesn't make sense. Sounds more like someone is trying to avoid taxes or workers in the evening pocketing cash. We came one evening, and they said cash only so we said okay and tried to get $45 worth of donuts with $100 bill, and they replied with they don't have enough cash for change. How's it that you are open all day and cash only, yet you don't have to cash to give as change? My cousins went one hour earlier and bought at two dozens with cash, and how's it that they don't any have change from a transaction one hour ago?I saw another review that was written 3 months ago that said she couldn’t redeem a gift card or use credit card because the “system was down.” So it’s definitely not a coincidence. They be selling gift cards people can’t even redeem .

We were excited, noisy and overwhelmed with the a lots of choices in front of us and she is just very patient & friendly and very professional in guiding us in our choices. Thank you, Jen, we appreciate you a lot from the bottom of our heart! The store is clean, neat and organize. They have drive thru, plenty parking and have chairs and tables outside! Great and convenient location.
