Since recently being "remodeled" which from what I gather is putting up a wall and closing the dining area off with a door. The dining area is closed at this time as well. The bathroom is closed to the public. The wait time for ordering out is a solid 15 min. before getting to the counter. Add a solid 10 more min. wait time to receive your order. I must say they've an impressive breakfast menu I recommend a croissant sandwich. I'm giving a 3 because of the wait time, and the no access bathrooms and dining area.
It should have something to accomidate people like who dont know how to the use the app just as much cant see it, and for my me & me and my family we catcg bus every where if we can afford uber or lyf5 to get a ride, we GOT TURNED AWAY FROM THE PLACE, when MY BLIND HUSBAND & CHILD WENT IN to grab food for us, & was going to head back to the bus to go back home.WE GOT TURNED AWAY!!
The spam plate was delicious but the eggs overcooked Jack's egg rolls never disappoint and the macadamia coffee was on point. Short staffed with long wait.
There was a long line at the drive thru so I went inside to order. Waited for 10 minutes and watched and listened to the ladies behind the counter arguing. One lady said "There's a customer in the front. Can someone help him?" No one wanted to take my order and they were complaining about me waiting. LOL. Not sure what the problem was, but they were fully staffed. Terrible service.
Worst and slowest drive thru on Maui. I ordered online and selected in-store pickup. Get there and the doors locked. Only drive thru available. Happened twice. Tried calling. No answer. Waiting in the drive thru for almost an hour. They need to update their online info.
I went thru the drive thru just for some THE MOSTEST, BESTEST ONION RINGS THIS SIDE OF HEAVEN! They were perfect, and the servIce was heavenly as well! It must be the refurbished new digs they got... .
The food is pretty good for fast food, it's Jack-in-the-box after all. The service is pretty bad. The cashier who took our order was sarcastic, impatient, and overall quite rude. Consequently, this restaurant, even though it's fast food, can improve on its customer service. The place is only open for take-out (dine-in not available) which would have been great to know beforehand. The place took awhile to get our food and had several items such as Tiny Tacos and Sweet Tea unavailable. Overall, it's nothing special, move along. If you choose to get take-out just know it's nothing bad or good, just okay.
Why do they always double check the bags and tell you its all there when only half the order is in the bag? I have lost about $100 to missing items in the last year. Tonight may be the last visit to this location. The workers were more concerned about Taco Bells busy line and how dead they were by comparison than they were about getting the order correct and putting everything in the bags. I called over and over for over an hour but no one answers the phone so now yet again im out half my order today and left hungry again. This place should just shut down already because no one there cares about anything other than their paychecks coming in any more...
It's a fast food place, didn't have 5 star expectations. That being said, food was hot, prepared rather nicely, and almost resembled the picture, for a fast food place. Service was also prompt and fast. First time I had ever been, and was pleased. Unfortunately I'm from New England and we don't have these.
30 minutes to go through the drive thru. Spicy chicken sandwich was ok, spice was great, chicken not so much.
