While I waited to pick up my rental at the busy airport, I googled mapped Maui then I typed food trucks. Drove to the nearby location with plenty of parking. There are many food trucks to choose at that location. Dino's Gourmet caught my attention. The paella with shrimp and broccoli satisfied my appetite.
BEST.BURGER.EVER.I'm not joking. It's the fifth time I visit USA and this is the best f'in burger I've ever had. Everything is just perfect, and the bun, oh my, THE BUN! Real home made sourdough bread. If you ever come to Maui be sure to stop ad Dino's. You'll thank me later!

One of the best gyros I’ve ever had. Everything is homemade from the pita to the sauce. Nicest chef as well, from Greece and knows how to make Mediterranean right
Amazing lunch. High quality, superb flavor, amazing chef and service. Dino made our day with his kind personality and incredible talent in the kitchen. We both had the fish gyro and WOW it was delicious. After a morning exploring Haleakala we were so hungry and this was exactly what we needed! Don’t miss it. Thanks Dino!!
I ordered the Paella for my mom but felt obligated to try it because of how good Dino said it was going to be, and the man is true to his word! Not only was the paella creamy and soft and just wonderful to eat, but the owner is so friendly! Highly recommend !! C:
Dino is a one-man show he does it all! Very friendly very passionate about his food. He has herbs in pots in front of his truck and will cut them per customer freshly for their dishes I have never seen that before which is fabulous. reminds you to be careful and not spill your food because you'll be very sad that you left some bites behind, and that turmeric and saffron are very staining. It shows he cares! I ordered the shrimp paella and the Greek frappe. The frappe was not what I was expecting Allah Starbucks it is room temperature and has a very thick layer of foam on top. Delicious! To be continued once I eat the paella!Paella is marvelous! so flavorful filled to the brim of the plate. shrimp is perfectly cooked broccoli is fresh and those fresh herbs as mentioned above just beautiful! I will be back!It's not a traditional Spanish paella, they are similar but with a little Greek twist! I love it when chefs get creative like this being adventurous with their food. Love it!

Dino’s food is amazing. We got the fish gyro and it was so fresh, with handmade pita and hand cut fries, plentiful greens, perfect balance of flavor. We watched him make a burger for another customer with such delicate care. His truck may not look like much from the outside but I’m so glad we stumbled into it!
Dino was a sweetheart, was passionate about his product and boy was it delish!!! Anyone who grows fresh herbs on the steps of the truck is in to it big time!!!
