Most expensive Burger King I have ever seen. And their mobile order is down.
Worst Burger King Experience ever! Very long waiting time, kiosks not working, more than 30 minutes and still no burgers. Just chaos. Better eat somewhere else!
System was down so the service was a bit slower. That’s fine, it’s hard to keep the same speed if cashier can’t communicate with the kitchen team. But the restaurant was empty, very few people were ordering.\\nMy problem was that I needed only 2 cheeseburgers without pickles and the attendant said they couldn’t customize any order. OK, I said. Then she took a receipt to give to the kitchen, who then prepared the cheeseburger. So why hasn’t the attendant told her to not put pickles???? That didn’t make any sense. Frustrating to see the lack of willing to provide a good service.
Great access, bit untidy but really busy. Bring sanitizer, staffing is an issue due to other locations closed down or more expensive. Airport should help out to upkeep of food court.
They gave me 3 burgers real fast, so my family could eat before our flight ?
The hamburger bread was literally freezing cold after served…. Only the inside was warm, probably the beef patty hit it up for them.
The staff was working on the Christmas holidays so really appreciate that and the service was good (thus the 3 stars). The fries and onion rings were decent but the chicken in the sandwich was not good at all (had to throw it away) so fault lie in the ingredient quality
I have literally never written a Google review but I was amazed at how rude the lady at the front counter was. The entire time I waited for my food she talked trash about all the customers, even the children waiting in line. Totally understand this is a super busy spot but there’s no need to trash talk everyone right in front of them. Definitely a good thing they have a kiosk ordering system to avoid any further rude comments. They also got my order wrong…
I can respect people working fast food what is behind crazy is I watched my chicken fries under the heat lamp for 20 mins while they just went in a strait count order. They didn't even end up giving me a drink cup or any sause. Like I only stop here because as long as I've lived on maui I don't know another burger kings.
Worst time I’ve ever had at an airport restaurant and that is really saying something. All I wanted was to place and order and even that was too difficult for the staff at this location. What a disgrace. My disappointment was met by a flippant attitude by employees. If no one is available to work, don’t open.
