The best fish tacos in North Maui along side Paia Fish Market, just easier and shorter line to get. Love their cashew chicken stir fry! ❤️??
We all have problems. Some problems are bad problems. But some problems are good problems. Aloha Thai Fusion presents good problems. Every time I visit, I eat too much. It's just so tasty! My most recent visit I had the Thai basil pork. At first bite I thought it was just spicy. But as I tucked into it, and got into the sauce… amazing! I couldn't stop eating until it was gone. On a previous visit I had the cashew stir fry with shrimp. That was delicious from the first bite. The day before that, I had a chicken dish that was also delightful. If you're anywhere in the area, you need to give these guys a shot. Based on my experiences to date, I don't think you will be disappointed.

We ordered four meals (Pad Thai, Ginger Stir Fry, Cashew Stir Fry and Garlic Shrimp) and all tasted very good. However, halfway through my Ginger Stir Fry I bit into a 3/4” long shard of clear plastic. Ouch. Not sure if we will order from here again. Such a bummer because the food was really tasty.
If you are on Maui to be active and eat great this food truck is highly recommended. Food was the best I've d ever eaten. Not a hyperbole, absolutely amazing. I've eaten at many vegan restaurants and that was my favorite ever. The guy who served us was friendly and awesome. Maui is a very special place. Earth Aloha Eats is now my favorite place to get food when at my favorite place in the world, simply amazing!
Had my heart set on shrimp pad see ew from this spectacular food truck. Stuff is incredible and very welcoming. Only downside was I accidentally was served chicken pad see ew and didn't realize until we drove away. The 5 star is a testament to how amazing the food and experience was. Perfect flavor, tender chicken. I expect the shrimp dish would have pushed it over the top as epic. Highly recommend.
