We visited this place on our last day in Maui and the only this I regret is not going earlier. Do NOT sleep on the garlic chicken...it wasn't the healthiest meal but it was for sure one of the tastiest!

The food was delicious and a perfect meal before heading to the airport. The service was amazing and friendly as well. I would recommend!
The garlic shrimp was awesome. Chunks of garlic and a touch of sweetness.
The wasabi ahi and garlic shrimp is soooo good! U have to try this food truck! I like their half and half option, can try different food at same time. For me this is even better than Tin Roof! Wish they can add garlic noodles in the menu.
Went here got the breaded teriyaki and katsu fish… the breaded plate wasn’t even breaded it was super burnt and no breading, the fish was alright but still not great.. we spent almost $50 dollars on two plate lunches.. I was so disappointed and couldn’t believe someone would serve that. My boyfriend got instantly sick I was so so baffled on the breaded teriyaki, didn’t even eat it, my bf ended up eating both plate lunches and got really sick :(
Such a tasty memorable meal. I had garlic shrimp and my husband had ahi katsu which we have been talking about in the weeks since. No tables currently so we ate in the car which was fine by us when the food is so good.
One of our go-to dinners!!! Everything is great on the menu. It’s one of the few places my husband and I can actually agree on.
Easy to order. Scan their QR code on the truck and place your order. Ready in 15 minutes. Flavors were good but the description on the shrimp states "flash fried". Shrimp are over cooked and the fish was so over cooked it was worse than canned tuna. Smelled amazing and flavor of their sauce was tasty but couldn't get over the poorly cooked fish and shrimp. Hands down one of the best meals I’ve had in Maui. And the service is amazing. Great healthy options. Great places to spend your money!
