This is my happy place! The food is great with friendly prices. We went there on a Wednesday evening. The owner and the servers were polite and friendly.We ordered 7 small dishes and Asahi beer- all were delicious! Really loved the atmosphere there!
Hole in the wall Japanese Bar & Grill (Izakaya) with tasty food and a lot of character.Like traditional Izakaya, the premise is you order a beer along with a half dozen or so (per person) small dishes consisting of BBQed meat, each costing $3-5. So basically you go taste a variety of different meats and get drunk, an excellent combo.The only downside is their limited beer selection (they only serve Japanese beer on tap).
It's cheap yakitori, which is fine, but service was sub-par. Perhaps they were short-staffed not sure. But overall it was neither good nor bad. I actually enjoyed the salad more than all the yakitori stuff, which was surprising.
I like this place. The takoyaki's slap, and the food isn't haft bad. I'll say though, that this place has a problem that most local spots have... they're understaffed and seriously need more ppl to maximize the consumer base. I could be wrong, maybe when i went — it was just an off day.This place has a lot of character, the ambiance and decor want you to feel relaxed and welcomed. Food was good, but the wait time can be brutal. I shouldn't be recieving my meal directly from the cook. And I shouldn't see her running in the back to grab something for a dish. But again, that could've just been a one-off.
Pretty good yakitori. I recommend the chicken skin and pork belly. Cool vibe and it felt like Japan.Service was average but it was busy and its a small place.
Delicious! I really love yakitori and got a recommendation from a Japanese driver, had an very enjoyable experience here! Will come back again ;)

Good BBQs and Tonkatsu Ramen was bomb! My 2 boys ended up eating their own bowl and slurped it to the last drop! Great price for the quality of food!
