Stood at the counter waiting on one of the six workers to ask what I needed. First worker asked my name but didn't look for my order. Some time later a different worker asked again and handed me a bag that had been on the shelf since I'd arrived, full of my now cold food.
Food was fine. But would prefer not be apart of their inside jokes especially while I’m standing in front of them. There are other wings places that will at least do me the courtesy and wait for me to leave. Lol
I don't know who hires people here. They need to fire their employees there that cook the food and the person that hires them. If you order ranch with your food don't expect it to be there. If you're the owner of this franchise expect to be out of business because good help is not something people can find anymore. Eat your dry, tasteless trash here.
Came to this place for the third time and the first two visits was a great experience the employees and managers were nice. But the third time I came they gave me the wrong order so I asked them to get my order right and they told me they couldn’t replace my order. The manager was very unprofessional, really disappointed that they even got the audacity to get mad when they’re the ones who’s at fault.
Ordered 3 regular packs of boneless chicken with 2 large fries, and 3 dips. But we only finished half, it’s not better than the frozen chicken nuggets from Walmart.
First of all the girl taking my order was very soft spoken, couldn't hear a word, I had to ask her to repeat herself EVERY TIME she spoke. Second, they had a sign that said "try our chicken thighs", so I asked for them, the girl didn't know how to ring it up and asked for help from another employee who told her to tell me, they don't sell them. ? whatever, order 8 wings with ranch. They didn't give me ranch and the wings weren't even coated fully. First and last time trying Wing Stop ✋?
I've been wanting to come here for a long time. The service was great considering that we are still under covid rules. The staff greeted me as soon as I entered and gave me time to look at the menu. I had the Korean style and the Lemon Pepper boneless wings. Both were good, but the Lemon Pepper was a bit on the salty side. I'll have to go back and try some of the other flavors.
5 star customer service and food! The wings are always so fresh and delicious always the best experiences when I come here. The BEST employees and cooks always make my visit enjoyable. Thank you!
I order wings and the fat manager would not let me use restaurant after i spent. 20.00. Her and employees where in front of the bathroom surfing there computers..how rude so unless u want bad service go somewhere else…
Love this place for their wings, to me way better than Buffalo Wild Wings. I come here for the 70 cent boneless wing specials I believe every Monday and Tuesday.
