This is the second time that I have come here and had the rudest customer service from the lady working the counter. I asked for a large milk tea in a plastic cup, not the cardboard cup that she was trying to make it in In the glass that shows the cup sizes, the cup size for large was in a plastic cup, not a cardboard cup. I told her that I do not like to drink out of cardboard and would prefer the plastic cup for my cold milk tea that it stays colder in a plastic cup than it does a cardboard. She tried to charge me extra for the plastic cup that was already advertised in the window as a large. She is rude with her customer service. I was not happy with my visit there and will not be returning and do not recommend this place for anyone to go to for milk tea.
Servers were quick and we got our drinks very fast. The brown sugar tea was extremely sweet, like drinking a dessert. You can adjust the sweetness level if you don't want that. Boba was springy and delicious. There's a wide variety of choices. The interior is modern and clean. Great stop for a quick drink.
Decent place for smoothies.
By far the best rose milk tea on the island. I've had dozens of boba around Honolulu and this place earns the name Top.
Probably one of the best bubble tea shops in Ala Moana area despite it’s unassuming appearance. Much better and cheaper than the Alley next door. Definitely recommend their OG black milk tea - they do err on the side if too sweet so I recommend going 25% if you’re normally a 50% kinda gal/guy.Parking here can be a bit difficult if you’re driving on Kapiolani towards Diamond Head - if you’re not going Ewa then I recommend that you take the back road off of Makaloa

1st timing coming here. Brought my 6 yr old daughter n she thought it was so cute! I came because I saw the pictures from one of my friend’s page. Definitely will come back! I’d recommend ‘Top Tea +a Espresso’
Visited today. Service was below average. Mango desert was not worth its price.
This place was really nice and had a comfy, friendly vibe. The place also offers free Wi-Fi for any students to come and study. However it doesn't open past 12 am.
