We ordered multiple dishes including chicken liver. I didn’t eat chicken liver, but my friend ate it and got fever 38.5 C after that dinner. He suffered from severe diarrhea even after 3 days. The quality of the food is no guaranteed. In the other dish, the undo soup, it has a bug on the cabbage.
Very extensive menu, it was fun to see so many different items. The dishes we chose were ordered to share. The Dragon roll was delicious and the presentation was “fun” with the fried shrimp tempura and Avo, Unagi, Ebi, Masago, and cucumber. They take reservations or if you rather stay home (hotel) they have a great “Take Out menu”. You will not be disappointed.

Good yakitori and sashimi. The pork neck and chicken balls were awesome. Pork neck in particular was one of the best skewers Ive ever had. Id probably skip the standard chicken. The sashimi was also excellent. Staff was friendly and even gave us an extra sake before we left. Recommended!
Excellent sushi / sashimi -- maguro, himachi, hotate, unagi, sake were all generously sized and very delicious. Feels like a neighborhood place for locals with an enormous menu which made it a bit challenging but we ended up getting our usual favorites. Definitely pay attention to the restaurant's hours as they close promptly at 1:30pm between lunch and dinner. If I lived in Honolulu, this would definitely be my go-to sushi place. It's less geared towards tourists, definitely not fancy but really fantastic. A wonderful lunch! Thank you!
Made reservations to ensure our family would not need to wait long and was promptly seated upon arrival. Parking is either on the street (no cost at the meter after 6 pm) or in the basement level garage. Food came out quick. Spicy tuna, unagi, and various sushi rolls were delicious. Also ordered the salmon ponzu and hamburger steak, both were good. But, had to order rice as a side for $2.50. Noticed on the menu a snake venom liquor (sake) with a preserved snake in the liquor (called "Abunai"). Was not brave to try that, but maybe someone else may be interested.
Perhaps best priced Izakaya in Honolulu? Excellent sake selection. Great food. Simple, but also just perfect to what Izakaya should be according to me. Will recommend anyone to go there for a no frills great experience.

Absolutely loved this place! Everything chef makes here is out of this world! The seafood rizzoto was mind blowing. Just trust me, anything you order you will like if you're a foodie.
So far it's some of the best sushi I've ever had. You can tell it's been here for a long time too. The decor is very basic, but makes for a very good experience. Great selection of food and sake.Make sure you try the roulette roll! (over 21 only)
