Amazing little hole in the wall ice cream joint! Portion sizes are modest, which definitely helps me not go crazy eating their delicious soft serve. Flavor options are varied and tasty. They have non-dairy options. You can customize however you like, or pick one of the house suggestions. The atmosphere is casual and cute. The service is fast and efficient. Great place to chill on a hot afternoon.
The people working there seem miserable. Always rude and they act like you are bothering them. I keep going back because the ice cream, overpriced, is good. But today is the last time. Spent $8 on a single scoop and the girl helping me gave me the smallest serving I have ever seen.
Thrills indeed has the best soft serve. I ordered the Ube soft serve in the Ube cone with rainbow cereal topping. The soft serve itself was super creamy and delicious. The cone was also a big hit. Service was fast. Decor was cute. Highly recommend this place. I will go back on my next trip.
You can get ube ice cream in many shops in the US now, but this is still the best I've had! Love that it looks cute and tastes amazing!

Okay… I came here because It was different than other ice cream shops and my boyfriend and I wanted to enjoy it (I gave two stars because the flavor I did taste was good) - however as a fist time visitor to Hawai’i I’m not familiar with the flavors, so, I asked for a sample *as many other ice cream shops allow to make sure the customer is satisfied with their choice. They only allow ONE TINY sample per person, I was baffled they have about 6 unique flavors — so when I asked if they could make an exception for one more that MY BF AND I CAN SHARE so we can make a decision they said no, with an attitude. At this point my enthusiasm is fading, but it really faded when the options for toppings were mentioned: you get one free topping (again SMALL portion) and then pay for every additional one. After picking the only flavor I tasted -_- I left the shop very unsatisfied with my tiny cup and ended up searching for another shop (we were close to just leaving without buying, they definitely could’ve gotten more $ out of us if we were able to try flavors and were customer friendly) … I found Sweet Creams around the corner about a 2 minute drive, the energy was great from the moment we walked in to ordering. Plus you get MORE ice cream for the same price and leave satisfied. I don’t leave much reviews only when I feel I should share an experience for others who go somewhere with high expectations / or with kids and get poor service.For reference photo: left is the size of a cup from this shop and on the right is a small size from sweet creams.

Love the concept of this place. The soft serve is so pretty to look at. Everything seemed fine the first time we visited. The ube flavor we ordered the other day was terrible. Really strong chemical after taste. Not sure if it was from the food coloring or what all went into making it. It was so unpleasant that we were all like, ok, not worth the photos if we can’t enjoy it. Not sure what happened.
Super tasty ice cream! The flavors were unique and the interior was beautiful and Instagram worthy! Overall a great experience. I’ll be back next time I’m in the area!
