Great location with easy walking distance from most hotels. Safe to walk here or back to hotel later at night. Peak periods expect up to an hour wait for dinner so if you can have an earlier one and avoid waiting I recommend that. Staff alway super friendly, water is constantly filled up. Like everywhere they operate on tips at the end of the meal so generally they are going to be ultra helpful. Food portions are huge so honestly you can get a main and share it or even the appetizers are good for sharing. The shakes are delicious but the main show is definitely the cheesecakes. Large selection and you can takeaway. They are very sweet so sharing one is okay ?. Gave only four stars as on our last trip there we sat partially outside and the birds kept coming in and annoying us. Like everywhere you eat out the prices are a bit high so if on budget share the meals.

Fantastic service and great energy by staff. Ordered the chicken and waffles with peach smoothie and chilaquilles carnitas with with tropical smoothie. The chicken and waffles were nice, however could have been seasoned a smidgen more. The chilaquilles was ok, however again didnt quite hit the spot flavour wise. The smoothies with great, however would of loved them to be creamier. Had the dulce de leche cheesecake. Now that cheesecake was without a doubt the nicest cheesecake I have ever had. The cheesecake was perfectly creamy, had perfect sweetness level and had great texture (including the nuts). Wished it was more bright inside, was seated at a booth as no other tables available unfortunately, booth was quite dim.

Anyone who knows "Big Bang Theory" must have visited one of the restaurants. The calorie information in the menu is very good. I had the "Celebration Cheesecake" with ultimate 1300kcal the piece.

Everyone had been raving about this place since I said I was coming to Hawaii. It didn’t disappoint, although we didn’t have a full meal, just a light snack, the pizza and coffee were great. We also did the mandatory cheesecake and the reeces one was aHmazing! Make sure you pop in when you see one ?

When in Hawaii don’t eat at all the local places but try The Cheesecake Factory?. Over ruled on where to eat so this is where we ended up. Inside had a lot of open tables so we opted to dine on the inside. Service was quick ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Some options were not available due to shortage of personnel. I’m going to assume this meant not enough chefs. Ahi poke bowl ⭐️⭐️⭐️. Nothing to write home about and I felt not enough Ahi poke. It was delicious though but more Ahi would have been better. Tiki punch was delicious but couple sips and it was gone………$14. Price was high because you are in Waikiki. With all the other eating places in the area, it will be awhile before I return.

Breakfasts are huge and delicious. Can't go wrong is looking for breakfast variety. Lattes were also huge. Great value for money. Had Banana Cheesecake afterwards, delicious. Birds are in this open window restaurant.

Good food but not pasta^^. Great place to chill

Our meals came and the special I had ordered, the sesame coated ahi tuna was well done, not even close to the rare that I had ordered. The server acknowledged the overcooking and offered to have the meal redone. The second meal came out as ordered but by the time it came my wife was done eating and now had to wait and watch me eat. The floor manager had stopped by and acknowledged the incorrect preparation and asked if the second dish was prepared properly. When the check arrived there was no discount of the meal, drinks or dessert. I didn’t expect the meal to be comped but do believe there should been some discount for the delay. The meals were good but not great.

I ate in the bar area as I was dining solo. I was given a high top table and a couple of the waiters tended to my dinner requests! I felt very spoiled indeed! It’s amazing how many meal options this restaurant provides.

Recco: Tiramisu and original cheesecake. Corn tamales were filling and tasty. Thai chicken with rice was delicious (slightly extra garlicky if you mind that). The cocktails were strong and nice. Do Not Order: Mango cheesecake (waste of appetite) Club sandwich- dry and bland Chicken sliders are OK. If you don't order them, you won't miss anything. Grab an early dinner to avoid the rush. Surprisingly the time for takeaway and dining is the same. We would order and do other chores. Once they messed up our order. So, check that you got everything you paid for and, if possible, order online for pick up. Highly recommend TCF atleast once.
