Oh Teddy's, I want to like you. While pricy, the burgers and uber greasy fries taste great. However, I've had issues at this location with order accuracy. I've previously had them get the type of burger I ordered wrong, and during my most recent visit, they forgot the fries! While the staff is always quick to fix these errors, it would be nice if they didn't seem to happen so often.

I had the teri burger and at almost $10 it’s on the expensive side. I did enjoy my burger, though it was a bit soggy. The taste was good; usually teriyaki burgers are just too sweet. The fixings were also just right. I’m so used to having a burger that’s not “wet” so when my medium cooked teriyaki sauced burger was in front of me it threw me off a bit. I’d try their other burgers in the future but having it cooked medium well and going with a more traditional burger without the sauce.

Pricey but good hamburger why they dropped Chili cheese fries was best thing on the menu
Cost way too much. Cheesecake Factory has a cheaper better burger.Great staff though.

At this location you roll the dice wether you get someone who knows how to make the menu items right or not. This time my burger was soggy with undercooked bacon my fries were soggy and oily not crisp. My onion rings tasted like fish and my milkshake was bland and tasted like vanilla when I ordered a kona coffee shake beware of this location I can't speak for other locations but can say that this location struggles with consistency issues
