So this isn't a bad taco bell, but after Kapiolani closed it's now the 24/7 drive-thru taco bell for the Honolulu area. Nothing against the employees because I think taco bell corporate policies dictate how they operate but either better training in late night drunk rushes, or some McDonald's franchises run the online-rideshare orders out to the pre-paid orders. I see this more as a traffic accident waiting to happen as people que on Beretania main road.
We are tourists and this is our first time in Taco Bell . I chose the Kulau Pork Quesadilla. It was delicious. My family were also happy with their orders. We had some hiccups with the orders because of our language differences. Richard was extremely hospitable and patient in rectifying our mistakes with a sweet smile. We highly recommended this Taco Bell.
Super simple order: Beef Chalupa, No sour cream, No cheese. Total fail.

It seemed all the drive-thru Taco Bell restaurants in Honolulu closed at the same time. The only one left was Kapahulu but that's an outdoor walk-up and suddenly became extremely busy. I am happy the Beretania store reopened. The store is clean, the drive-thru was fast, got my order correct.
This location gave me tacos with tiny bits of meat I couldn’t believe it! I hope the new Taco Bell does better
Food was made correctly. It was hot, service was quick. Property was clean. Workers were friendly.

Honestly just sad... I ordered a beef burrito with no rice, add potatoes, no creamy jalapeño and add chipotle sauce. I already paid extra because you won’t swap rice for potatoes. So you charge me extra when I’m not even getting extra. I’m getting less because it’s an add in, (so there’s less to the volume than a regular burrito.) But then you mess up the order by putting no beef because your employee taking the order read it back to me but told me to pull forward before she put the order in. So when I got home I got no beef and a burrito with cheese, rice, potatoes and chipotle. It was absolutely disgusting. I didn’t even eat it and it’s sitting in the trash as I write this. Luckily the other part was correct or at least I hope. But I won’t hold my breath because I might be waiting a few years for this restaurant to fix the problem...
I advise others don't come here. Unfriendly and very very unprofessional. Exactly what kind of customer service your expect for The price. Again ease choose another place.
