I made an order over the phone, and when I got to the store they told me they didn’t have the order. I showed her the order and she told me that it was for another store. I showed her the order again (with the correct address) and she finally she found it—it was ready at the checkout. She roughly grabbed some napkins and shoved them crumpled into the bag. Bad food, bad service. I want to give 0 stars!
A busy Saturday on the beach, and the staff seemed not all that happy to be dealing with customers. They were pretty rude.
Had the worse experience ever. I had a coupon for buy 2 get 1 free. The coupon didn’t work for in store. So I didn’t want to get it. The old lady said do you not have money to pay for the sandwich, after I told her I was just getting it because it was free. She continued to argue just, so I can pay for it. To top it off, the sandwiches I did get, were by far the worse sandwiches! I would not recommend.
We tried to order a chopped salad, but we wanted to know the price, but the older lady who was helping us seemed to keep trying to avoid giving us the price, finally she looked it up on the cash register. She was very unhelpful and I felt pressured by the situation to purchase the salad without knowing the cost.
They close 20 mins before they say!
These ladies do great every time I come through after surfing!

Sandwich was good but lady gave me a foot long instead of a 6 inch. Service was slow and ladies didn’t understand English couldn’t hear me correctly and I couldn’t understand them. They were old too. Would be better if the employees were better ?

Drinks had zero carbonation. There was a pigeon in the dining room, so that made me wonder about cleanliness of the place. For 2 people to eat sandwiches and drinks cost me about $37, which I know this place is right on Waikiki Beach, but this is still a Subway.
