The food at this place is amazing especially the volcano fries. However, the customer service here is terrible. The manager was very rude when I went to get my sons food. I have came here multiple times to eat and it’s always that lady who is extremely rude. She messed up my food even though I told her I wanted a cheese burger not a bacon burger. She gave me bacon and I can’t eat it so I wasted my money and she refused to take it back or give a refund. Will not be visiting again.
Steak was sooooo good and not many choose here to eat so wasn't even all that expensive. Only complaint is we did take out and the box started breaking on us when we got home corn spilled on the bottom.
This place was huge! Located in the mall. Information overload with all of the stores. Can't wait to come back.

The food was good service time decent. The place is pricey for being in a food court, yet I did get a NY steak.
Food was ok, the cashier’s attitude was terrible. Her tone of the voice was almost as if she was asking me why I bother come here.
Terrible Place. My order contained things that I don’t like. Although i told cashier 3 times slowly to not add some stuff but they did. Terrible service !
I gave it 3 star's. Because of the service was terrible, they rang in our order wrong and then gave us the wrong order twice,it normally comes with mashed potatoes and gravy, with corn, and mix vegetables.. we just ordered ours with all veggies, and they could not seem to get that right and kept trying to give it to us with the mashed potatoes and gravy and corn... But our food was good seasoning well and cook right scallops and shrimp for $16.50 were else do they do that at. We will try again hopefully they will have a new crew working next time. I hope this helps you out and good luck. Oh yeah they do not let you eat inside unless you are vaccinated, so you will have to take your food to outdoor seating to eat it.
it might have been an off day but my ribeye was one of the worst i’ve ever had (and looked bad too). very chewy. however, the fries and corn were good
Stopped by Ala Moana Mall for a quick meal and was drawn to the Steak and Fish counter. Service was efficient and food came out quick, as per order preference. I like my steak medium well and it was prepared just right!
