This coffee shop has great associates but I was disappointed to be charged extra for non dairy milk. A 20 billion dollar corporation can afford not to push off the cost to customers.
Charges extra for plant based milks - crooked and corrupt. The partners are very nice though!
This is one of the Starbucks reserve locations. They have special coffees and products that you can only buy in Hawaii.
Terrible customer service! Honolulu is all about great customer experience and this location didn’t get the memo. Never ever coming back.
Expensive but so worth the price. Tried an iced chai with almond milk and pumpkin cold foam and will be going back asap to get it again. So amazing. My friends loved it too.
Asked for a 16oz capuchino (grande) and they prepared a 10oz. I told the staff that it was lacking foam/milk and they said is Ok.. obviously the barista has no clue of volume required vs. paid… will no go backOn top of that, it was delivered cold because barista started To prepare other drinks and dis not delivered mine

They always say the crepes + hot beverages are no longer available due to late hours. We arrived at 9:00PM though. So, they close WAAAY earlier than what we as a customer expect.

I SWEAR I reviewed them about a month ago, but it “mysteriously” disappeared ?. Looks like someone is trying to cover up the truth. I’ll get to the point. Ordered through the app, got there about 5 minutes afterwards, waited about 20+ minutes seeing people that arrived after me get their drinks before me. I went in and asked what was going on only for one of them tell me they were out of an ingredient to my drink. They could’ve sent someone out to find me and let me know instead of making me wait, but NOOOOO!!! Apparently, other people have been waiting over 10 minutes as well. I wouldn’t order from them next time I’m in Honolulu.
