EDIT: updating to 4 stars. They were understaffed during my first visit. They’ve had good staffing levels during my last two visits. The line is almost always long in the morning hours. They move through the line quickly when everyone is engaged and doing their stuff. One morning they had three registers going. This morning, they limited orders to 1, sometimes 2 registers, and the line moved a lot slower. With that said, I’ve had some of my best Starbucks sugar free vanilla lattes at this location despite them not having my favorite oat milk (I always order the same thing).\\n\\nThis is a hotel owned store and NOT a Starbucks corporate store. At most times, the wait is extraordinarily long! You CANNOT place mobile orders or use your rewards. The people aren’t the friendliest either, and they seem understaffed.
I was told that because store is owned by the Hotel that Starbucks points could not be redeemed nor could you order from the app
Terrible business idea to open 6am or even later sometimes, every morning they have so many people Waiting for their 1st cup of Coffee !!!Positive is the friendly and professional staff
This is NOT a corporate store & is owned by the hotel. You can NOT redeem rewards or the birthday drink at this hotel but you can charge your purchase to your room.Today on 3/6/2022, my husband got a cup and our cashier Tateianna (has seashells in her braids) wrapped up our cup really well without us even having to ask! She was super friendly and chatted with us about the store.There is currently only outside seating due to Covid so either eat at the table outside or take it up to your room.At noon it's a ghost town but during breakfast, 7-10, there has been a line out of the door every day I've been at the resort.
This is a GREAT Starbucks location in Waikiki with a super friendly team and efficient service! Yes, the line can be long - especially on the weekends - but the barrista squad behind the counter has great teamwork and moves orders quickly - and the coffee is great! I stayed at the Hilton for a month on work travel and got a coffee from this team every morning, seeing firsthand their energy and the tremendous work they do every day! Mahalo!
Very convenient location right in the hotel complex. It opens up early but there is a queue even at 5:30 am. Otherwise it is like any other Starbucks.
Do not come to this Starbucks. Long waiting line, over priced and unfriendly staff. A coffee + sandwich cost me 17$. So ridiculous….
Located in the Hilton village. Use your hotel credits here!
Bad experience. Bad customer service. The person at the cashier made rude comments. I felt discriminated based on my race.
